Gypsy Intent is a one woman gallery of handcrafted jewelry and accessories. All her pieces are inspired by the love of nature, music and all the beautiful discoveries in her travels. All her life she has loved creating and works in her small studio near Nashville, Tennessee since 1998.

I am an earth mama with a gypsy soul, making and selling the things that I love. I have spent a good deal of my life out on the road at beaches, concerts and music festivals doing Henna, Hair wraps (ahhh the '90's), and selling my handmade goods. I love the music, the traveling and the chance to know and work alongside so many other artisans and handicraftsmen. The last couple of years I slowed down a bit and have been in the Nashville area making custom home furnishings such as pillows, bedding and many different window treatments. But I've never learned to pass up a chance to add to my collection of beads and other materials. As this habit is beginning to compromise my available living space, I have been prompted by friends, relatives and customers to try online sales and Etsy. It's not the personal one on one method that I'm used to but Etsy is a great community and evolution is always fun. So I hope you've found something you like and check back with me. I'm always working to bring new items to the shop. I do a little bit of everything, so you'll see a variety of items pop up in my shop ranging from jewelry, clothing, bags and belts to baby items and home furnishings.
My inspirations come from around the world. I particularly love the rich colors, textures and cultures of the East, Middle and Far.
My jewelry and other goods range in style to suit my mood and surroundings, but generally have an organic, earthy, bohemian or gypsy feel to them.
